If you are experiencing dry hands this season, follow these guidelines:
1) Wash with warm water, not hot as this further strips your dry skin.
2) If you’re hands are not cracked, use a mixture of sugar and coconut oil to exfoliate your hands at night.
3) Follow up with your favorite body butter or hand cream and if needed, use gloves to seal in moisture.
Have a great weekend!Β

Really need to get me a bottle of coconut oil Stephie – I feel I’m missing out!!! Brill tip, thanks for sharing huni π X
You’re welcome Karen! Actually you can also use olive oil or grapeseed oil too. I mention coconut because most people have that but in reality, any oil works. π
Ahhhh – I reeeeeally need to update my oil collection Stephie! I haven’t tried any of them π X
Start small and see which one you like. Coconut smells the best though π
Good advice chum π Shall aim for coconut first!! X
I do like the idea of using sugar and coconut oil as exfoliant. Sounds like it would get rid of dead skin but also the oil would help some moisture to the skin. Great post! π
Precisely! π Thank you. It’s easy to make too. <3
These are great tips. I will have to try the mixture since I have the ingredients! Nice post.
