It’s Friday and my how this week zoomed by!
This weekend, spend some time doing something that relaxes you. Most skin conditions are exacerbated by stress so whether it be reading a good book or going out for a walk, find something that works for you and carve a little bit of time to do it. Your mind, body and skin will thank you.
