You can pour rose water (available in health food stores) into a mini spray bottle and use it throughout the day to refresh and soothe skin. It’s a nice pick me up product to use in spring and summer months.
*Always remember to do a patch test to avoid adverse reactions.
A huge thanks to those who gave me some feedback on subscription boxes! If anyone is thinking of subscribing to boxes, check out what these lovely bloggers had to say here.

Yes! Do let me know how it works out. 🙂 You can buy mini spray bottles and toss it in your purse for on the go. It’s nice to have during spring/summer months.

I really want to get some rose water. It’s something I have been wanting to do for a while. I just wasn’t sure where to get it. I hope you have a wonderful weekend Stephanie! 🙂 xo
stephieestie says
Most health food stores should carry it. It’s a nice pick me up. Mario Badescu makes one too. 🙂

Thanks for the tip! I will be on the lookout for some. 🙂

I think there is a Whole Foods at the Town Square right? I think I recall seeing one when I was there last year and I got super happy because I was in the mood for some GT Kombucha. 🙂 I’m sure they carry some.
plus+beauty27 says
Yeah there probably is one. They have so many stores there! I haven’t been in a while so I really need to go there soon! I will be on the lookout for it! 🙂

Great to hear! Does it also act as a toner too? Or is it more for hydration?
stephieestie says
Thanks! It can function as a toner too. I will still layer a moisturizer underneath for hydration but as a refreshing mist, it’s very nice. 🙂

Hey Stephie, do you think that I can use that if I’m following a specific skin care routine prescribed by my dermatologist? It shouldn’t alter anything right? I trust your advice! 🙂
stephieestie says
I don’t see how this would alter anything but I would ask just in case depending on what you are being treated for. It could be a soothing addition if you’re dermatologist approves it and maybe avoid ones with formulated with SD Alcohol. 🙂
The A Blog says
That’s a good tip! I hadn’t thought about the alcohol in it. 🙂 xxx
stephieestie says
Sometimes certain ones will have it but not all are the same. Cetyl and Stearyl alcohols can function as humectants which attract water to the skin. SD might sometimes be a bit too harsh for some. Just something to look at. 🙂
